PALO ALTO, Calif. – September 15, 2022 – SEIDOR, a leader in business technology consulting, today announced a definitive merger agreement to acquire Opentrends, an integrated digital transformation company specializing in cloud applications, customer experience solutions, and digital product design and development. This acquisition solidifies the strategic vision and alliance of both companies.

The business technology consulting firm is enhancing its expertise in adopting new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI),  the Internet of Things (IoT), and in areas such as Smart Cities or the Connected Car. In addition, both companies are consolidating their commitment to innovation, design, and digital product development, which is the main focus of Opentrends.

Opentrends has a high degree of specialization in the public sector and large multinational companies in areas including banking, automotive, education, manufacturing, and consumer goods.

This merger further reinforces SEIDOR's presence in the USA and allows SEIDOR to expand its multinational capabilities in developing applications and servicing its clients globally.

SEIDOR will also expand its offering with Opentrends' digital agency services. Opentrends operates under the name Failfast and specializes in user experience (UX), visual design (UI), creativity, and digital content.

The current Opentrends management team will lead the area resulting from the operation dedicated to the development of advanced applications in the cloud, which will have a team of more than 500 professionals. Likewise, based on the data at the end of 2021, the aggregate annual revenue of the new unit exceeds 50 million dollars.
